Counselors Support provides its services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Counselors Support does not guarantee that its services will be error-free, timely, secure, or uninterrupted. No advice or information, whether oral or written, from Counselors Support, its employees, licensors, or agents creates a warranty. Counselors Support and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use its services. This includes but is not limited to reliance on service information, data loss, service disruptions, errors, viruses, or unauthorized access. Regardless of the notice, Counselors Support’s liability will not exceed the amount you paid three months before the claim. This limitation applies to all claims, including breach of contract, warranty, or negligence, and survives the termination of this agreement.
