Curious about our services and how we can help? Here are some common questions that we receive from individuals interested in our 12-week program. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

Why can't I just ask my clients to leave me a review?It creates a conflict of interest with the counselors' Code of Ethics. The goal of the 12-Week Activities Program is to support your clients, allowing a third party to request a review on behalf of the counselor. This approach helps you avoid ethical concerns about directly asking clients for reviews.

What if I don't see results right away in the 12-Week Program?In week eight, we ask your clients how they like working with you. This gives you and your clients ample time to build a good relationship before we ask them to leave you a review. We continue to ask your clients up to three times before the 12-week program ends. If, for any reason, you're not seeing the results you were hoping for, you can cancel at any time.

How often do clients leave a review with the 12-Week Program?It depends. If your clients provide us with positive feedback (e.g., 4 or 5 stars), we will offer them a link and ask them to leave a five-star review for you. Keep in mind that it can depend on how they participate in the activities and their experience with you as a counselor.

I'm concerned about sharing my client information. How do you plan to use it?We collect only the essential information needed to send your clients the weekly activities list via text and email. Additionally, we kindly ask that your clients provide your name and company name to ensure they leave a review with you and not with another counselor.

Do you ask for a review from my clients only once? What if they don't leave a review?If your client does not leave a review on the first attempt, we will follow up a week later and repeat the process. We will make up to three attempts, but no more, to avoid causing frustration or prompting a negative review.

Can I preview the 12-Week Program?Yes! We encourage all of our counselor clients to contact us and demo the program before they decide to proceed. Please schedule a call to learn more.

How do I get my clients to sign-up for the 12-Week Program?Once you become a client, you will get the QR code and link. You can use these to send or show to your clients. They can scan the QR code with their phone or click the signup link.

How much do I need to participate in the 12-Week Program?You need to share the QR code or sign-up link for each client you want us to ask to leave you a review. Additionally, we encourage you to discuss the weekly activities in which your clients participated. This builds rapport and helps them see that you are engaged, which can lead to better results.

What if I don't have a lot of clients to do this with?Reviews are essential to any business. If you have a limited number of clients, our starter program is a great place to begin. We also recommend that you have us evaluate your website and online rankings. The higher you rank on Google, the more likely you are to attract new clients. By improving your visibility, we can help you generate more reviews through our 12-Week Activities Program.
